Dusty Pockets Vol.1 features 40 two-bar drum loops inspired by the loose timing, soulful swing, and adventurous drum programming associated with J Dilla and Madlib. These original patterns explore that human feel through syncopated kicks, laid-back snares, ghost notes, and shifting hi-hat accents.

SP-1200-inspired 12-bit processing gives the drums a gritty, rounded character, while subtle vinyl crackle adds warmth and atmosphere. Expect softened highs, textured transients, and an intentionally imperfect feel that leaves room for your samples, chords, and basslines.

The collection includes 20 core grooves and 20 alternate arrangements, with different kick placements, percussion patterns, and second-bar details. Use them as instant foundations or chop, rearrange, and layer them into something of your own.
