Turn samples into playable instruments with PRESSURE. A dark hardware-inspired faceplate, woodgrain sides and detailed gold knobs bring a classic studio feel to a hands-on sampling workflow.

Build drum kits across 16 pads, chop loops into slices, or map sounds across your keyboard. Prominent One Shot controls let samples play through after you release a key, while Keygroup playback gives you expressive, gated instruments.

01 / One Shot control

Make drums and hits play through naturally. Assign sounds to pads or keys, set root notes and ranges, control looping, and use choke groups for open/closed hats and overlapping hits. Mono playback keeps a pad focused while retaining its matching layers.

02 / Waveform and chopping

Set playback start and end points, place and move cue markers, or detect transients automatically. Assign slices across the pad bank and turn a loop into a fresh performance.

03 / Sixteen playable pads

Audition with your mouse or perform from MIDI. The default bank covers MIDI notes 36-51. Build drum kits, rearrange slices and trigger samples in your DAW.

04 / Layers that respond

Build up to 64 layers across the bank with key ranges, velocity ranges and velocity response. Combine soft and hard hits, or stack matching layers for a fuller sound.

05 / Gold-knob sound shaping

Adjust layer tuning, gain and pan. Shape brightness with a resonant low-pass filter, then create movement with separate amp and filter envelopes.

06 / BPM and key estimates

Estimate a sample's tempo and musical key to help plan your next move. These are approximate analysis tools; verify results by ear.

07 / Experimental stretch and pitch

Render a new sample with separate duration-ratio and pitch settings. The offline granular engine is experimental and can produce audible artifacts. The Tune knob uses resampling, which changes pitch and duration together.

08 / Keep the session together

Save layer settings and embedded sample audio inside your DAW project. Master volume supports DAW automation, and STOP ALL gives you immediate control over active voices.

Before you buy

Development Preview 0.1.0. Windows 10 or later and a compatible 64-bit VST3 host are required for plugin use. This is an early working release. Time-stretch is experimental; stem separation, internal undo, a full library browser, preset management and macOS VST3/AU builds are not included. This Windows plugin does not install on standalone MPC hardware.

Chop assignment replaces the pad bank, and stretch rendering replaces the selected layer sample. Save your DAW project and keep original source files before these operations.
